can you please frame your question in a correct form. Is it that you want to study but you only want to study in Turku, or what is your point really. sorry your question is really confusion.

There is Polytechic, which is University of Applied Sciences - you study a bachelor degree for say become nurse, computer technician, engineer, cook etc. etc. You can apply with high school diploma. => http://www.admissions.fi

Other than that there is no coming for lower degrees.

why isn't she asking such questions?
does she not speak english?
what does she want to study?
she needs an acceptance letter to from a university to get a student residence permit.
studying under grounds of high school, I do not know if she could.
studying the Finnish lauguage in Turku, I highly doubt they will give her a visa for that.
If she is trying to get a residence permit under 'student' just to live in Finland, I highly doubt there is any other option than applying for studies at a University. There is no loop hole.

She could ask but i promised to help her.
And yes she wants to live in Finland.
If there is any other solutions than studying that might help you can suggest.
Marriage possible solution?
Studying is still what she wants to do.

Thank you everyone on your answers :)

OK, we need more information. What age, what schooling? Why Turku?
Oh, and if she cannot come here and write herself English then she is lost as to study here as one needs a high TEFL score.
