where can I buy icecream cones

I've seen ice-cream cones at citymarket.

Yeah they have the sweet "waffle" type cone at most Citymarkets. But I have yet to see the cone that is more common in the US with a flat bottom. The cone they sell is just like the ones the sell in all the ice cream stands across Finland.

I want to buy some icecream cones - the type that come dry so you can scoop your own icecream in at home. The supermarkets don't seem to sell them. Any ideas??
