Hi Dear All,
I just went into my Nordea Netbank and it shows that I have 0,00 on my credit card, which is bullsh*t. When I click the "Transactions" button I get Temporary system failure. Please try again later. message, which is extremely frustrating in this current situation.
The only customer support available at this time is a phone number for reporting (and cancelling) lost/stolen cards. All other things have no choice but to wait till Monday. Given the fact that I'm supposed to travel tomorrow and use the card during the trip and also considering that I might be facing loss of a couple of thousand euros this system failure combined with waiting till Monday option is very-very annoying, to say the least...
Does anyone have any experience with how long those "Try again later" things might take with Nordea netbank? And are there still other options to check the account rather than just waiting till Monday, like a dork?
Or am I doomed to just sitting here, wondering, not being able to do anything?
I'm very angry..
Thanks to All in advance...

Can't help you much, but the fact that there is obviously a problem with the website is a good sign, it makes it very likely that the 0.00 is not due to an empty account, but rather that the database with account status can not be queried.
I would be MUCH worried if the site was working fine but there still was 0.00.
But I sympathise with you, it is not a fun situation to be in when off to travels.

Thank you interleukin. I think you are right. It just makes me very nervous to see that 0 there and not being able to check, while every other button in the Netbank does work...
You know, come to think of it, last year, EXACTLY 1 year ago they had similar problem: any ATM abroad would not give me ANY money from this account while I needed a hefty amount urgently to fulfil one agreement... At first I thought it was somehow related to withdrawal limit but when I kept requesting smaller and smaller amounts, down to 20eur and it still was not working.. Netbank was displaying some bologna, too... Well, the next, nervous morning (luckily it wasn't in the middle of a weekend) I called them and they said that "Yes, we had a system disruption yesterday but now it should be fine". And it was fine, indeed..
But still, what the heck!!
