Can i drive a scooter of 50cc without DL or driving test

hi,
Can a foreigner drive a scooter of 50cc without DL or driving test ?

please suggest me as soon as possible.

If you are born before 1985 you dont need any kind of licence for driving moped, if not then you need M class driving licence or better.

Which basically involves queuing up for a medical and then taking the Highway Code test on a computer (which is 16 euro). No road test.

so, i can drive a moped without driving liescence and driving test !

actually i drived motorcycles aprox. 10 years in my country. i had also driving liescence for light motor vehicles(car and bike) from my country. but i lost it some years ago.

Moped != motorcycle. With latter you can easily drive with the flow of the traffic, but moped is restricted to 45km/h. Also most of the time you are not allowed to use sidewalk, so good luck when driving Helsingintie in rush hour.
