They are open 9 to 16.15 on weekdays.

Well, to Notarise documents take aproximately 3 minutes.
1) hand clerk the doc
2) they go and photocopies it
3) they takes it to an office where the uber-clerk stamps and signs the photocopy
4) you pay 3 Euros (or whatever it costs)
