Visit Rwanda as a Tourist?
Invest money in Rwanda?
You need to wait a generation or two until images like these aren't so fresh in our minds?

Political correctness is the belief that it's possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

It's funny, one Rwandan friend visited us a few years ago. She said that all (but one) of the Rwandans she saw here were Hutu's (refugees from the new regime). I always wonder how true it was?

Everlasting peace for your country.
Us westerners take too much for granted. We have no idea about the fear and the terror that can arise from political and/or tribal uprising. I would love to visit your beautiful country and meet the characters that have risen above despair and look forward to a more prosperous future.
I would apply for the post of Honorary Consul but I only speak a little Finnish and I am totally broke. Good luck.
Love from Scotland/Finland.
