Perhaps. It depends on what sort of work you do (some circles are very small) and if they are actually interested. At a company level few would care unless you were going to a direct competitor and might take a trade secrets or a client list or something with you. At a personal level your colleagues might be curious, but whether you tell them is up to you.
One thing I have noticed though is that it is a small world, and you will likely to encounter people from your current company at some point in the future, especially if you work in a niche area. There is no point in creating bad feeling if it can be avoided as it can backfire on you later, so if there is no real reason to keep it secret don't make a big thing of hiding it.
