Flea/Tick medication for dogs?

Hello:
I tried calling the vet in Jyväskylä - and nobody there spoke English - so hopefully this works out!
I am looking for the flea/tick medicine that comes in a little tube and you squirt it on the back of your dog or cat's neck.
I looked downtown in all the pet sections and the 1 pet store - and nobody seems to have it. I've tried a flea collar however it's not effective on ticks that aren't on the neck apparently.

Does anybody know if Vets sell this medicine I'm talking about - and approximately how much? (My dogs are between 60-75 pounds in weight).

Ah ok!
I wasn't sure what the brand names or names of the medicine here were either.
Back in Canada it's called Revolution or something of that nature.

Go to the pharmacy and ask. They sell animal medicines there - and like with humans you need a perscription for some stuff. If they are as dense as the vet you ask punkkikarkoite - ei punkkipanta should work even in GrainVillage - otherwise hire Bearstush to do your talkin
