Well it is almost 15 years ago.
What I do remember is that was long..perhaps not 8 hours.

It was a mix of interviews and the old IQ tests, plus I seem to remember that there were some odd pyhscology test "what does this ink blot look like to you?"

I had the nerve to actualy ask "what the hell it was all about, and what did it have to do with my knowledge of telecoms?!"
The person running the show said that "it was not a really a check on my IQ, that they were looking for oddities that would indicate attitude problems."
But I repeat..it was in 1995 thing may have changed.
Also two points:
1: I got the job.
2: During my time at Nokia I meet quite a few fellow employees who imo had "attitude problems". (but I suppose that could have developed due to disillusionment).
People do not become more irritable as they grow old - they simply stop making the effort to avoid annoying others.

Hi,

I did it almost 1,5half yrs now.
first, it is less than 8 hours, lets say form 8 to 15 max.
No technical questions!
Homework u get to do before going to the test.
IQ Test, Team exercises, Language assessment, presentation, f2f interview with a psy...

After one week, u get a report and a grade between 1(very recommended) to 4(not)

First, If it says : "It is less than 8 hours", it is obvious enough (at least for most of us) are talking about time scale in hours: not years, noodles, cooters, turtles, fishes, or anything feeble

Second, :lightbulb: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/24-hour_clock

Yeah, it's obvious she meant 8.00 - 15.00 hours, most SENSIBLE european countries use the 24 hour clock, and take their outside shoes off before entering a house.................................................................

First, when you say "It is less than 8 hours", hours=units, means any time period lasts for 8 hours or 480 minutes. This time period can be continuous or divided into parts. Without further information we can't know when it starts and ends.

In English and many other languages, if you mention a unit once and ignore it for the figures in the rest of the sentence, it is inferred that those figures are also referring the same unit.

Examples:
- I bought 2 apples and gave 1 to anas465 (It can be inferred that I gave 1 apple to anas  )
- it is less than 8 hours, lets say form 8 to 15 max. (it can be inferred that it is 8 to 15 hours -hours as units- or 480 to 900 minutes)

Second, when you say "and yes I finished less than 15" you are still talking about hours as units, means 900 minutes! Because, in English the word "less" is a comparative adjective used to show different degrees of quality and quantity. If you are talking about the time of the day then you should have said "and yes I finished before 15" (Still incomplete, but make more sense)

Last, because of your lazy and careless attitude and lack of language comprehension skills I would disqualify you.

Great stuff! It's like a management team meeting in here

To the original poster, unless you're seriously unhinged there's no need to worry about the test. It's not a technical exam. Just remember to say that all of the ink blots look like boobs and you'll be fine :)
