Mechatronics Engineer, need some guide

Hi
I am a mechatronics engineer, in Espoo now a days. I have proffesional experience of working of 1 year as Technical & Support Engineer and then 1 year as production engineer in a FMCG company in pakistan. In this way i have great exposure of Production, Quality and project management.
i have acquired overall sound knowledge of leading standards as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, HACCP, OHSAS, OEE and many more.
can any body guide me to get some job in FMCG industry or in some automation sector as my profile matches with both. as far as i am concern, i am trying since last 3 months on MOL, MONSTER, AARRESAARI and many more sites, i have also tried ABB, VACON but there are not opening now a days.

i am willing to do any work such as cleaning sorting of newspapers and also tried to SOL, posti but did not get job. i have heard that it is difficult to find job without a reference. can any one help me to find some job as i am in immense need now a days. i have sstrong communication skills in English and some basics in Finish. i am attending classes of finish also,

I'm sure I read somewhere that there are companies all over Pakistan that need mechatronic engineers. The pay is not that great but it's better that a cleaning job in Finland. Iran needs production engineers and there are startup opportunities for engineers in the larger cities of Afganistan (you probably have to know someone in government to get one of these). India also has a crying need for engineers of any sort (but they don't like people from Pakistan very much). Saudi Arabia has some things going on that might require a person with your talents. If you're determined to stay in Finland, then try something like this.

Hi there. fisrt of all thanks for your reply. let me clear you some thing. I am doing my M.Sc here in TKK and thats why i have to stay in finland for next two years. so in order to cope with my expenses, i need some kind of job here. i know there are a large number of opportunities around the world but this time i need some thing in finland.
i hope you have understand my point so i am looking forward to get some help or reference from you guyz.....
