I might move into a nice flat that desperately needs painting and professional cleaning (it's that bad) and the landlord kinda offered to put the price down if I take care of these two myself.

Does anyone know of any companies or people who can do a good job cleaning and / or painting of the apartment and won't charge a fortune for it?
Also, how much would these usually cost?
