Hi Croc,
You can look
kikkeri.fi which is the official website of the Finnish Foosball Federation.
There you can find a listing of tables in Finland by city. And also information about tournaments or meetings between players.
Per example, in Helsinki, every Thursday (19:00) at Pub Pete.

I work in the main hang out area of a college, and my boss asked me to organize a foosball tournament. While I have played a few times, it is not something I am very familiar with. I have a few questions -
How long does it take to play a game of foosball?
How many days should each tournament (singles and doubles) last?
How many points does a game usually go to?
