Junior Rugby in Finland - SKY TV

Dear all,
We are moving to Tampere this summer and I want to start junior rugby in Finland (I've played, still touch rugby - and of course dream about playing again - and my son's been playing for 5 years) . Does anyone have experience and/ or contacts that would be helpful in the matter?
Another matter, top important, SKY TV (for rugby of course), does anyone have one around Tampere, working one I mean. I have heard conflicting rumours, works/ doesn't work - please advise.

There is junior rugby in Finland and I remember seeing a post on here recently. Try using the search engine. If there are no junior teams in Tampere then you could try calling the clubs in Helsinki and see if they would be interested in helping you to set one up.
