True or false?

I heard there is a law in Finland if your moving your job will give you a day off but still pay you for that day? Is this true? Does this include the resturant jobs?

It depends. Some places of work have collective agreement contracts including that, some don't. The collective agreement that my company has signed to follow for example includes that. I am in the IT. Other fields/companies, will have their own rules. Best thing would be for you to ask your boss.

True for me. Twice I've had a paid day off work to move house. I work in the IT sector.
