Looking for a bussiness owner to give me advice

Bassically need advice on where to register ( address please) and how to deal with the tax office. As well I would like advice on how and where to start a bussiness account at the bank. I am wanting to set up a "bussiness name" the basic one. please seriuos responces as this is important

first of all you can have accountant

he or she will regester your company you just have to give name of the company
it is free for accountant but around 300 eu for regestration

then she will give you some papers ,youcan go to bank and open company acount
accountant take care for taxation
,
what kind of buisnes you are planing to do
it is very much depend on buisness also how much you have to pay the tax
