But I was thinking of a context where someone is preparing new plans for something, and almost cautiously provides cursory glimpses of them to the public. Like for example in the following YLE on väläytellyt tv-maksuja koskevia suunnitelmiaan julkisuudessa... in sentences like this it means that the plans haven't been made public, but some suggestions or hints perhaps have been provided.

Minun vuokseni = on my behalf, or because of me... rather than "for my interest". The latter would be something like "kiinnostuksen(i) vuoksi"... edit: yes, minun vuokseni is also "my river" but that's weird

Hyvissä ajoin; why aika is in instructive form? Hyvissä ajoissä looks better for me.
jäljelle is from jälki-trace, and it means left to? What is jääneen? Genitive of jäänyt?

Well, what dictionary(ies) do you guys use, I use WSOY and suomienglantisanakirja.fi but can't find the words I asked from them.

Besides, any good news sites that have both English and Finnish versions where I can start to learn how to read Finnish articles? Helsinki sanomat is popular but it seems it's Finnish version is quite different from English one. If I can't compare to the English one, then it makes less sense.
