Hey everyone,
I've got admitted to Savonia Uni, but the thing is i want to try my luck in reserving a place in Kajaani Uni (if there is not enough students for the course yet). I dont know if this is a good idea, or i'd better to agree with my first option (Savonia uni). Thats why i would like know your opinions about which uni is better to study...This is really a hard decision for me, and im really grateful to hear any opnions from you guys

.
Thanks in advance, peace
Lucy

i studied in kajaani uas two years ago, my husband just graduated from there, it has been the best "guiding student"(something like that)for 5 years, the teaching methods is really good there, but the city is quite small and boring, is savonia in kuopio? kuopio is a really pretty city, and bigger than kajaani, but i dont know about the uas there, 4 years ago savonia uas didnt have so good reputation, i dont know how, but i like kuopio so much.

Why is that so? This country is one of the richest countries in the world...why there is lack of jobs? If there are no jobs then how people survive there? though international students are not good at finnish language or somehow does not know the language but basic jobs like little part time jobs isn't available..why??

The country is on the brink of a recession. Many companies skip all not essential jobs.
It is often not necessary to keep the production at 100% during the holidays. So holiday and part time jobs are the first to go.

What would you expect from a place named "Theft"

congrats on getting a study place...In terms of getting a part time/full time job in Kuopio my advice is for you to prepare as if you are not going to work at least for the first four months...
