Found some very good sandwich rolls at KCM Ruoholahti.
Ullan Pakari (Pori) - Juntta-sämpylä and Ruis-sämpylä.
They behave and taste as good bread should. Some good 'chew' and when (even lightly) toasted have a welcome crispness.
Taste itself excellent. Price OK - about 5.50-6€ kilo
Idiots also make what would be a GREAT whole rye sämpylä) (Ruis Trio) but they have mucked it up with SYRUP!!!! Result is nothing works with it except jam! JERKS!
