Looking for biological sons in Finland

Hello,

My Jordanese friend H.el Mikhi is looking for his biological sons to renew contact. They were born in Finland in Tampere out of marriage with his Finnish wife, M. Korhonen. The name of the sons are Sami, born 7th february 1994 and Johnny born 3rd of september 1998. Can somebody help us to get in contact with them or know ways to find his sons in Finland. Are there any Finnish institutions we can contact?
