Dutch or English play friend for 2.5 year old,Espoo

Post by mikkolover » Thu Sep 23, 2010 11:57 am

Hi everyone, we have moved to Espoo.. and my Dutch husband ( I'm American) and I would love to meet up with some families who speak some Dutch with their kids. Our kids are still small, 2.5 year old boy, and nearly 5 month old twins, but it would be nice for our son to start playing with kids in English or Dutch as he attends a Finnish daycare and understands finnish very well. Our son also doesn't speak much, but he seems to understand everything in all 3 languages, although the words he speaks are in Finnish.

If anyone is interested or knows any Dutch- or English speaking families, let me know!

Hi!

Im sorry, Im sure Im still owe you a pm from a while ago!

My little boy turns 3 at the start of Nov. He speaks English and Finnish and is very very talkative!

I know the area you've moved to and its about 15 mins on the bus from us in Vantaa, my friend lives in the same area. The only problem for me now is timing as Im near the end of my pregnancy and having some problems, Ive got about 5-6 weeks left. We could try to set something up on a weekend so OH can drive us or then I will be able to manage the bus again from New Year.
