Have you tried getting this book from the library? It's a new book but it's available in libraries.
- Borrowing this particular book has just one major restriction. Basically you are supposed to write your exercises in the book - which isn't possible if it's borrowed from a library.
- - In this case you might need to copy the pages with exercises, or write your answers in a separate copy-book.
