Experienced Nanny for 1yr old required.

My wife and I are seeking an experienced nanny to look after our 1 yr baby girl full-time (9-4pm) once our maternity/paternity leave comes to an end in January 2011. The ideal person would be experinced with small kids, kind and responsible, speak english and finnish and generally be of a similar mind to us in parenting style. We would probably start with a few getting to know Anna babysits and then (once we are back from our New Zealand holiday in Jan 2011) start with a trial period as part of a one-year contract. We obviously want to find the right person and not confuse Anna with a revolving door of carers.

More about us: professional couple, english/finnish, with two older children (10 & 13 - they are pretty independent and often helpful) living in Kulosaari, Helsinki.
