Hi
I am looking for anyone who would be interested in practising Wall Climbing in Hki
There are several places including the new Salmisaari complex center, but also Tapanila...
I am french, 32 yo, been climbing for almost 2 years, skills 6a approx
Unfortunately, in Finland, it is not allowed to give "self lessons" as i did in France so if you have never been doing climbing, i can hold and secure you but you are not allowed to do the same to me...
Anyhow feel free to contact me on the forum or on my email: biblionk@yahoo.fr
Hope to hear from some of you
Nicolas
Wall climbing in Helsinki
Re: Wall climbing in Helsinki
I would be keen to climb. From Aus (as in Australia), and will be around that area soon. If you are open to taking us it would be great!

Just in case you meant that literally I want to point out that the rules laid out by the bigger climbing facilities are just rules made up by them to protect their customers and thus by proxy the business too. There's no rule that one has to learn those things thru official courses. Also in my experience the centers are interested in you showing that you have the skills, not on where you got them. ( Though certain certificates or membership cards even spare you the trouble of demonstrating those skills. )AtomicM wrote:Hi

Kiipeilykeskus has self-belay machines but I presume you'll find people willing to belay you too there.
