Business establishing For non Eu Student

Hi everyone from the forum,

I am an international non EU student in Finland.I am finishing my course in June 2011.
I am planning to establish a business and found one business in middle Finland
what is currently not operated. I am interested to buy that business with own building.I am
bearing my temporary residents status as a student.What flowchart I have to follow to establish
that business as I couldn't find any clue from internet.The procedure for non EU citizen seems to
me a loop.If I apply for permission NBPR they may ask my residence in Finland as it is my temporary and magistrates
didn't allow me for permanent address in Finland unless I am in Finland 2 years.Because I came for 1 year
post graduate course.
If I apply for residence permit for business they are asking for NBPR permission.

I hope you understand my problem and expecting one suggestion from you or who is responsible for that
types of matter.

I'm not sure if what you want is possible.
It looks like they closed a loophole to prevent people starting a fake company in order to get a residence permit.
But if you can find a Finnish partner for your business, there might be options.
