I been working in Finland for 3 month with that 35% tax card but now I'm planning to go back home. Is there any paper work I should do before leaving - something with tax office or stuff like that?!

Is there any company that might want to bill you for something, and you should perhaps take care separately? Otherwise, you are supposed to inform the magistrate office, among others the tax office will recieve their data: http://www.posti.fi/changeaddress/
