We are conducting usability tests for a mobile service next week. Usability testing involves observing users to see if they find the service easy to use, and if they are able to understand the whole concept of the service. No probes would be inserted in to your head, so this testing is quite painless.
We were looking for 3 to 4 test participants who broadly fulfill the following criteria:
- Native English speaker
- Age from 20 to 40
- User of mobile devices, preferably (but not necessarily) the newer, 'fancier' ones
- Has browsed Internet ('WAP') on a mobile phone - even if only once or twice
Location for tests: Nokia's Ruoholahti Office in Helsinki
Dates: 9th or 10th June, anytime between 0900 to 1700
Duration: About 1.5 hours
We are looking for both males and females. You don't even have to be a very technology oriented person.
As a little gift, we will give two movie ticket coupons to each participant. The coupons can be used anytime this summer.
