I hard YKI test could vary depending on the center even though it is on the same date. It's hard to believe. I thought it is nation wide arranged. Same examination on the same date in different center. So I'm asking you guys who could tell me more. Am I right or wrong?

I think it's not unusual to have different questions for this kind of standardized tests, even in the same test center on the same day. Questions are just retrieved from a library of questions for the same level of test.
Also in the same test center on the same day people attending the test will go to the class room and language studio alternatively, and there are short breaks and even lunch breaks between parts of the test. So to prevent people from exchanging answers, it's reasonable to use different questions for different groups.
