Hi Guys,
I am non-EU citizen and I can get a residence permit based on family tie. Since Finnish language is hard to learn for english speakers and one has to know Finnish or Swedish to enter a university, I am thinking of living in Sweden and learning Swedish for a year and then go back to Finland to apply for a BA programme.
Sorry if my question is kind of silly for you. I would be thankful for any help though.
Living in Sweden with a Finnish RP?

Looks to me like you know English.

Also I didn't realise that Finland really had any BA programs, and that the education level starts at the MA category.
I̶f I can find any way to insult someone, believe me I will.
