I am interested about Aalto University (graphic design bechelor program for foreigners (non-eu, Georgia) ) and how to apply.I would like to get more information about what kind of exams should i pass and what is the process

As Pursuivant mentioned, you can get all information from their website, but as far I know Aalto does not offer any Bachelor degree in English (except for economics). There's a graphic related bachelor degree offered by Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, and yes, University of Applied Sciences != University.

just for you to know, graphical design is one of the most competitive major in Taik, nowaday Aalto. so be prepared. wish you good luck!

The university of Lapland offers a graphic design degree studies as well, but only the masters level is available in english.
