I just moved to Helsinki this month and im looking for any work in education, including private tutoring of English, History, Geography, US Government/Polotics, or Biology. I am a credentialed teacher in the state of California and have worked with students in a variety of topics from Kindergarden through 12th grade. The problem with FINS and english is that FINS understand english very well ,infact thats what i love about the place.I know to many young people in FIN that speak perfect english and have a huge vocabulary just by watching cartoons and playing video games.I have a friend there from New Zealand who did well for a time in the kindergarten arena using his english skills.

Ya it is a challenge to find people who could use the help with English considering many people speak the language but there can always be room for improvement especially with children who are still learning. Ill look into the kindergarten though and see what I can find.
