TRADITIONAL EVERYDAY FOOD

Third class of the serie of English cooking classes at Spoon mama in cooperation with my Association of Finland will be about FINNISH TRADITIONAL COOKING.

Host is Meri-Tuuli Lindström, who has had many TV-shows related to food, at the
moment you’ll find her in ”Saran ja Meri-Tuulin metropolit” on channel Liv.

We’ll learn and do HANDS ON traditional Finnish cooking including cabbage rolls, salmon soup & pie with minced meet.

Course will be held at Spoon Mama, Hitsaajankatu 9, Helsinki on 14th of April at 11-14.

Price per participant is 29 eur for members & 34 eur for others.

Fee is to be paid by 11th of April to Spoon Mama account Nordea
FI1817453000132912. Please include the name of the participant(s) in your payment. Fee won’t be returned except the cases where the participant has a doctor’s note. (Participant can be replaced by another person.)
If the course gets cancelled (e.g. teacher is sick) the fees will be returned to the participants.
You can also pay by cash/bank&credit card when coming to the course. But please note that then we’ll charge 5 euros more.

Maximum amount of the participants is 24, minimum 12.
