M licence?

Hey, I dunno if this topic has been covered here before but I've heard conflicting reports from different people and websites so I thought I'd ask here for a definitive answer.

So what are the requirements to obtain an M(oped) driving licence in Finland if you were born after 1985 and don't already hold a B (car) driving licence?

Since last June(?) you have to do 6 theory classes and 3 driving lessons.
