American's in Seinajoki / Tampere?

Post by hattrickinc » Mon Jul 02, 2012 5:27 pm

This might be a long shot, but are any of you (or do you know anyone) who is American and living in either Seinajoki / Tampere?

I might go visit Finland for 3 months / decide if I want to live there, and would LOVE to have someone else who has done it before
(not to bug them, but to just know there's at least one American lol)

You going to go learn milking the in-laws cows? Donald used to live in Ilmajoki, but I think he won't even fart in the general direction after his divorce. Yeah, you just need to learn how to speak about John Deere tractors with the hayseeds in Finnish there up in the mountain area flatlands.

I am a 30 year old American male living in Tampere. I am here for a master's program and have been here since August of 2011. Let me know what questions you have and I will do my best to answer. I really enjoy it here :D
