Finding a job in Helsinki

I'm moving to finland, but i don't speak fluent finnish. I have made all of the neccessary preperations to move there, except secure a job. I know it is VERY difficult to get a decent-paying job if I'm not fluent in Finnish, but if anyone has ANY ideas, pointers or suggestions for me, I would GREATLY appreciate it!!!
