WANTED: Girls bike ~20" wheels
My Estonian friend has a daughter, 120cm tall, and there is a plan to make a big birthday present but he's on a budget. Any used bike in the 20-50 euro range (even boys' or broken) would be the thing. (We've been all over the stores and kirpputoris - not much anything left and what was in the stores was in the 200-300 euro range). Helsinki general area +50km radius off ring III.
