Looking for a job in Helsinki

Post by AliceB » Tue Jan 01, 2013 5:16 pm

Hello!

I am Alice, 21 years old and I recently moved in Helsinki. I am looking for a job within this area, so I am asking you if I have any chances or if you happen to know anything that fits my skills.

I have a one year and a few months experience in gaming industry as I worked as a QA Tester for Electronic Arts. I can also get recommendations if necessary. So I assume I will have some chances in this industry here if I am lucky. I am also a graphic designer, but I mostly do book covers/cd covers and posters (not so much into web design or logo design).

I speak fluently English, I also know French and Spanish. I do not know any Finnish, but from my previous gaming experience I saw that it is not necessary to know any other language than English.

I am an EU citizen, sociable and not afraid to work :)

Oh! I just posted about some open positions in a videogame company in Helsinki :D
Check here: http://www.linkedin.com/company/1916426?trk=jobtocomp or my post in this same section.
Good luck!

That link doesn't make sense for her, since her qualifications match QA positions - and these are not offered by the company you are linking to.

http://www.rovio.com/en/careers/Open-po ... ters-espoo would be an example for an open position that might actually match her qualifications.
