Will I get the bonus ... ?

If I quit my current job, will they gonna pay me the bonus I earned last year 2012?

From my point of view, I guess and hope they will, because the bonus reflects my activity and performance from last year and doesn't have to do anything with the fact that I quit this year ... right ? But you never know how they will treat this matter! However when I will give the notice I will ask about this matter also.

Does anybody have any idea or had similar experience?

That's actually the bonus that everybody gets based on your performances from previous year. For example last year I got the bonus based on my performances from 2011. That's actually not agreed in contract but is agreed during the year in development discussions and so forth, paper that is signed by booth parties.

I guess you probably should wait until you get paid it before you quit. I know I wouldnt get my bonus if I quit before bonus time.

Ours wouldn't be paid to somebody who isn't actually employed when it is paid. I'd expect that to be your case as well, unless you find written rules stating otherwise.

If you have the signed paper before you leave (or give notice), you should get the bonus.

Well I do have the papers where we agreed about the bonus ... but still, from my point of view it's clear: in development discussions you agree the tasks, role and so forth, you agree the bonus based on your tasks(task 1: 5%, task 2: 20% and so on.) for the year 2012! Well we are in 2013 I have done my job for last year, even though I will quit now I should still receive that bonus because reflects my work from last year (doesn't have to do anything with the fact I quit now)! Right?

But I will see at that time ...

I assume the terms of the program are written somewhere, if they are not in the papers you mentioned, maybe they can be found in the company intranet. Without seeing them, my guess is that you'd need to be still employed when they are actually paid.
