Birth preparation class in English

Hello, I just completed a birth preparation class in English in Helsinki and I thought to suggest it to other foreign expectant mothers. It's been really useful and a very nice experience that left both me and my partner very serene about birth.

I see they keep the classes also in Swedish and Spanish.
