I worked for a US/UK based company for the past 3+ years. We climbed radio/cellular towers to install and maintain equipment. I see towers ALL over Finland. Would anyone know where to find the contracts to work on these towers? Do I just need to start contacting each of the mobile phone companies in Finland?

Finland is a truly transparent country.For your business success here i would suggest finding an awesome FIN web champion, like my B/partner, He has tuned his talents to find all details about any company and whatever.
So you understand in English that some peeps can find stuff and use apps/search preferences and figure out link to link pages better than say his brother, you get the idea.
You just need to find that guy but in Finnish form.
