Changing from an Osuuskunta to a Toiminimi...

I have been a memeber of an Osuuskunta for a few years now and have finally decided to change to having my own toiminimi.

I do already have a city registered company name that i have been working under (aputoiminimi)

Im just wondeing about what paperwork do i need to fill in to make the change from the osuuskunta to a toiminimi??

is it just the standard Y3 form? or is it soemthing else as my company name is already registered?
