Do I need a work permit for contract work in Finland
Do I need a work permit for contract work in Finland
I'm an EU citizen, resident and employed in Estonia, but will be doing some contract work for a customer in Finland. I've specified with the client that I will do most of the work in Estonia, so will not lose tax residency in Estonia. However, I will still be spending a fair bit of time in your lovely land. Do I need a work permit for what are effectively just weekly visits to a customer? (OK, those weekly visits will be 5 days long initially, but that will be decreased over time - I guess about 80 days will be spent in Finland this year.)
