Work colleague smoking!

My employer allows one of his workers to smoke inside a factory where I work! I breathe in his smoke every day! I'm sure there is a law in Finland
that bans smoking in the work place? I asked another colleague he said "You want job or not?"

What legally can I do? Can I take him to court? Who knows what effect on my health this environment will cause!

I know this situation can not continue, so I hope to arm myself with as much information as possible, before I confront my employer.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
