carburetor refurbishment

Anyone have any ideas where I can get a carburetor refurbished in Finland, I have an old Mazda 2600 and the choke is faulty, can get a replacement from the US for about 350 Eur but would prefer to get this one fixed.

Try looking if theres a Mazda club... some of those guys also tinker... 350 is a bargain.
