Where are the poultry farms ?

Hi, i am looking for poultry farms in Helsinki or the Uusimaa areas in Finland, i have googled searched and could not find one. Do anyone have ideas on poultry farms existing in this area of Finland ?

All farms have to be registered with Evira. But I'm not sure if the registers are in the public domain.
