(Summer garden) want to tractor my small garden

Hi,
I want to tractor my small garden (around 30 square meter) for this summer. i want to grow vegetables there. Now it is full of big grasses. Could anybody know if there is any such facility where I can contact to dig my garden. I am living in Tuomarila, Espoo.

We turned over ours using a rented petrol driven plough. Didn't take long. It came from this place:
