Hello,
I am a chocolatier and pastry chef looking for ideas on the best areas in Finland to look for work and also to eventually start my own business. Obviously I will need to be in one of the bigger cities here but would appreciate any advice on the mindset of different areas that may take me a long time to figure out on my own. While learning Finnish in a smaller town that I will be living in for a while the biggest challenge is keeping my skills up in an area that doesn't care about quality on a lot of levels. That's a generalization, but still true.
I suppose my question is a bit general but any ideas, comments or opinions...?
Best areas for Pastry Chef/Chocolatier in Finland.

Only place I.m.o. is Helsinki. Here higher incomes and willingness to spend on quality chocolat. Also restaurants/hotels who might want to buy your products. You also not need to speak perfectly Finnish to satisfy your customers. Fazer is in Vantaa but mostly mass production I imagine.
