salary levels and scales in Finland

Are there any salary scales, levels and comparisons available for Finland? E.g. senior-level management, executive adviser for IT operations etc.

Yes, yes, before I get a big lecture on how it depends on the negotiations, I would not like to negotiate an unreasonable part from my side (and thereby lose an opportunity).
