Annekatrin Endter, an inspired young professional, works as a recruiter and headhunter at Management Events. The German guest speaker gained her work and life experience after graduating from University of Jyväskylä in the international student organization AIESEC, where she held the position of HR Manager in the local branch of AIESEC Jyväskylä and the national entity of AIESEC Lithuania. The world-wide organization equipped her with the latest theory and practice in the area of HR management and the effective usage of a global network, in order to achieve large and small goals while still having a positive impact on society. Following that, she utilized her experience at Amazon.de's Customer Service in Berlin, where she helped new employees become acquainted with the working culture of the company and designed a new integration process for the site, which facilitates the learnings of new hires.

Management Events is Annekatrin's personal re-entry to Finland and where she plans to professionalize her working experience in HR and people management.

Mike Bradshaw

Mike works as Sensei at AppCampus and believes that: "You should not manage a community, only attempt to look after it."
He is also a dis-organiser of BarCamp Helsinki and other un-conferences, as well as a coach at StartupSauna. He also helps out at Hub Helsinki,
is a driver with the Travelling Salesman project, an organiser of MobileDevCamp.fi for the last three years. He will talk about business start up.
