part time carpenter needed

Post by cors187 » Fri May 31, 2013 11:01 pm

Are you working in some low paid job, want another low paid job :P

Do you have a Finnish taxcard?
need extra cash?
Can you measure and cut wood fast?
Can you use a hammer and various electric tools etc?
Can you speak English?

Im looking for a fast chippy to rip out rotted wood and rebuild house panel boards, windows, fences , balconies, roof trusses etc etc etc.

Wood provided
Tools provided
Tool-hand laborer provided for your chores.

Work will be inconsistent so im looking for some kind of english speaking chippy who has a job but is available during the warmer months(16.00pm- 20.00pm).

What you need-
You need to be fast and precise(no posers)
You need to be able to command your tool-hand laborer so the work will be done efficiently.
You need to be able to Multi-task.

Bonus= Native english speaker :D

What will happen-
If you are too slow or have poor wood integration, i will have tell you to go home because the clients will complain about your crappy wood integration.
You will be an employee with palkki salary advice slips every 2 weeks.
Start rate 11.50e.
Daily planner=If you get through the woodwork jobs ,there will be other stuff to do, so your 4 hr days are guaranteed.

Pm me . please dont waste my time if your a hack !

Any English Native speakers interested in the timetable (4hrs day) intermittent work, but the salary amount of work type is a problem?

Does you post say where the work is located? I only skimmed it but I didn't see that information. Also you could perhaps clarify the skill level you seek. Parts of your post suggest an interested DIYer would be acceptable but other parts imply you want a time-served professional.

I had a really good reply with detail and then i went to check the oven for lunch and the page timed out on me.

Note -travel money added to salary
The jobs are all over the place, Vantaa,Espoo,Helsinki.
The wood replacement work is varied and often depends on a few factors.
Thats why i figured on finding a guy that has his normal work but is willing to do more work between 4-8pm.
Native english speaker suits me better.
I suppose i was thinking of a person whos life is set in concrete, fin wife ,2 kids, needs extra cash, has work here but not in the construction field he is from in his own country.
I have a couple of good tool-hands i trained myself, one particularly good, and the wood work is easier with 2 guys, so you kind of get a trained tool-hand to chore for you.
ATM im doing the wood but i cant be everywhere at once.
For every job i provide the strategy and attack and maybe its better if i was to work as the chippy and the new worker would be my tool-hand.
Then there is no fear of the unknown.
