I am less informed when it comes to having knowledge in CRM, ERP AND SAP systems, though i have interest in building my career in any one of the systems. I have done CRM as course in a masters degree program but only how a company CRM systems works, I have also worked in the retail companies where i used retailpro, profile integrated management systems, data entries and also the point of sales ( POS systems ) they use in the K-GROUP and S groups here in Finland, i do have the normal skills in IT, like words, excel and powerpoints. I do have university qualifications and have also worked internationally apart from Finland, but finding it difficult to find a job in my profession. Although, i speak Finnish to B1-2 LEVEL as it is what i use at my place of work here in Finland.
My question which of the following IT systems are in high demand globally and also in Finland CRM, ERP AND SAP , that is easy to learn and acquire the skills to be employable, as i am not growing younger with family and salary that is not going round well. I do want to take this step and also have checked with SAP AND Fluido the education provider websites but their fees are so high and it is not something i am able to afford .
I will be grateful for any expert or users of this systems advices.
Thanks in advance!

You are looking for both high demand and easy to learn and acquire the skills to be employable, and that combination doesn't exist. The easier it is to learn the more likely the jobs are already in India. And if the jobs cannot be moved to India, then many other people (and Mol) already had the idea to acquire the skills.enkeligod wrote:i do have the normal skills in IT, like words, excel and powerpoints. Even if you could afford one of the courses that would not help you - you lack the basics of a software developer, and that won't be taught in the course.
Check universities what Bachelor degree in IT matches best what you are looking for, and then study 3 years for getting this Bachelor.

I'd suggest BIT in Haaga-Helia, they not only have a SAP lab, they also teach ABAP coding (the SAP 4GL)
